With the new FLYER Upstreet, the e-bike pioneer from Switzerland is presenting an urban e-bike that makes everyday life easier and is lots of fun. The versatile e-bike comes in a modern design and impresses with high-quality components and intelligent technology.
Urban fox and style icon
Pedaling to work quickly, independently and without stress, transporting children or shopping with ease or simply covering short and long distances in a healthy and environmentally friendly way – that’s what the new Upstreet from FLYER is made for.
The Upstreet is the perfect companion whatever the everyday situation. The smart drive system features GPS navigation and the option of setting four assistance levels exactly as desired. The powerful motor with its generous 750 Wh battery and optional range extender (540 Wh) will help set new records in terms of range. FLYER’s own high-performance lighting system and wide tires ensure safety – even at night or when the roads are wet.
“The new Upstreet is optimally equipped for every ride, be it on cobblestones, fully loaded with shopping bags or with a child seat or a trailer as a nursery shuttle,” says FLYER product manager Philipp Suter. “The clean design appeals to e-bikers of all ages who value functionality and safety as well as sportiness and design,” says Suter.
In addition to the first-class design, product development – as always at FLYER – also focused on durability. The e-bike is one of the most environmentally friendly forms of mobility, made even more sustainable with long-lasting products from FLYER.
Beast of burden and children’s express
The Upstreet is approved for child seats and bicycle trailers and has a rack that can take a load of up to 27 kg. This makes it interesting for anyone who wants to move around the city without a car.
New FIT 2.0 technology – intelligent system integration and adaptation to individual riding requirements
FIT 2.0 system integration enables intuitive operation and smart functions such as the individual adjustment of riding modes and GPS navigation. Another new feature is the boost function. This allows the motor to be briefly switched to turbo mode at any assistance level; this can be useful for example when crossing intersections or overcoming steep inclines.
Wide range of models
FLYER offers the Upstreet in a total of nine model variants and three frame shapes (Comfort, Mixed and Gents). These include a crossover version with tires particularly suitable for off-road use, a sporty version without a rack and an S-Pedelec with pedal assist up to 45 km/h. When it comes to the drive, riders can choose between an internal geared hub with a belt or chain drive or alternatively derailleur gears with a large gear ratio. The Upstreet is available in the three attractive frame colors Frosty Sage, Mercury Red Gloss and Pearl Black Gloss. RRP from €4799.00.
