The FLYER Uproc6 e-MTB was awarded the Design & Innovation Award 2021 and the FOCUS e-bike test seal “Very Good” in Germany’s largest e-bike test!

The most powerful Bosch drive is particularly compact, yet still provides high levels of performance and efficiency. The Performance Line CX accelerates with power, reacts without delay and is impressive with its agile handling and enhanced control. With 85 Nm torque, perfectly dispensed assistance up to 340 % and dynamic response characteristics, the Performance Line CX takes e-biking pleasure to new heights.

To ensure a particularly secure attachment, the fully integrated FLYER FIB-750 or FIB-630 battery (Uproc6) is screwed into the frame with a bolt. This smart integration guarantees a completely secure, vibration-free fit of the battery, while simultaneously allowing the battery to be replaced in just a few steps with a 6 mm Allen key – even out on the trail. The matching multi-tool is contained in the axle of the rear wheel.

Powerful aesthetics meet performance: the use of high-strength carbon fibres optimises the rigidity of the frame to provide precise and dynamic handling. The highly responsive chassis with its four-link suspension design offers 160 mm of travel with good mid-stroke support. The rigid and clever construction of the rocker link and the large dimensions of the industrial bearings at the pivot points emphasise the bike’s robust character and will survive the toughest enduro missions.

The combination of the 29-inch front wheel and 27.5-inch rear wheel (mullet bike) offers the advantages of both wheel sizes: the best roll-over resistance and optimal grip thanks to the larger front wheel combined with the high level of agility and riding dynamics of the more compact rear wheel.

The slack head tube angle and long reach guarantee an incredibly powerful and stable riding experience, even at high speeds. Thanks to its short chainstays, the E-MTB also boasts agility, dynamics and confident handling in curves. When riding uphill, the steep seat tube angle allows a central seating position and excellent climbing abilities. The low standover height increases freedom of movement and control on any terrain.

Components that are consistently designed for hard enduro riding guarantee the best riding performance and the highest level of control on challenging terrain. The suspension fork with its generously dimensioned 38 mm stanchions and 170 mm of travel, for example, combines a high level of rigidity for precise steering with optimum suspension and shock absorption performance.
